ANLP Ambassador for Denmark

Ole Conrad

Ole Conrad Kondrup

Ole Conrad has done social work in the non-profit foundation based sector in Denmark since 1997. He has held managing positions all the time. He left university, political science, for a short leave, to study foundation based non-profit social work. He hasn't returned to university, yet. In 2001 he and his wife founded a new foundation, "Holmgård", in nonprofit social work. The social work is inspired by Situated Learning, Positive Psychology, the values from the Scout movement, the humanistic approach and Virginia Satir. The social work during the whole period concerns juvenile delinquency.

He has done voluntary work in personally development since 1987. In ten years, from 87-97,  mostly in the scout movement, later in schools, family-work and in developing the Accreditation Body in the private sector of social work. Here he is an Auditor/Assessor.

Now he has decided to work full time in NLP, psychotherapy, trainings, seminars, speeches and sharing his experience. There is a very powerful motivation in sharing your emotions and experience. Both the emotions and the motivations are keys to understand and solve complex problems. He is fascinated by the academic discipline, the way science have changed the world and in gathering the empiric material for further research. He has a specialty in qualitative interviews and in trouble solving.

In the matter of methods, nature has the biggest influence on the results over the years. Campfires, mountains, the ocean and all kinds of outdoor activities is appealing. In fact he plans to do some Outdoor NLP work in the future, including retreats as well as Practitioner and Master Practitioner trainings. He will keep us informed about the development in this area through ANLP.
