Under 120 Hours Training

Nick Kemp says
“Since the conception of NLP there has been a huge leap forward in accelerated learning techniques, and NLP has been a major contributor to this.   NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is the science of how the brain codes learning and experience, how you know what you know.   This coding affects all communication and behaviour, how you learn and experience the world around you. It is a proven technology for personal achievement, helping people understand themselves and those around them more fully in such a way as to maximize personal growth and excellence.   NLP seeks to understand the natural learning processes, how you can produce excellent results.
By using these techniques, teaching NLP with NLP, you can teach in days what used to take weeks.   When you’re on our course you’re not sitting at a lecture trying to stay awake, you are experiencing all these techniques.
You do your best learning when you are in your best learning states, being open, receptive, motivated and energetic.   At the end of this training all participants have a new way of thinking and an ability to use the NLP toolkit.   And they will have demonstrated their competence as an NLP Practitioner.   From here it is a short step to becoming a Master Practitioner of NLP.”

SNLP accredited practitioner and master practitioner accreditation - midweek modular format

We offer 8 day SNLP accredited NLP practitioner training aimed at business and professional people. They are split into 3 midweek modules one of 2-days and two of 3-days.  In additional delegates are asked to complete a short modelling project. While we recommend ongoing development after the seminars we have no requirement for pre-learning - other than maybe coming on a taster session. Infact we suggest that in some cases it can actually interfere with delegates learning.

Our delegates find that 2 and 3 days is an ideal length of time to take in the maximum amount of information and experience. The gap between modules enables delegates to apply  what`s learnt and build on it during the following seminar. We always the review the last seminars content during the next seminar. We also find that most business people prefer our midweek seminars.

We offer 9 day SNLP accredited NLP master practitioner training. Delegates choose three of up to six 3-day mid week modules from: executive coaching, sales, change management, leadership, presenting and hypnotic influence.

Our delegates find that this format enables them to both revisit the practitioner material, explore new approaches and apply their attitude and skills directly to areas of business and personal development. The format has a similar benefit to our practitioner modules.
