As you may know, NLP is currently an unregulated industry. All ANLP Members are obliged to provide proof of certification and client testimonials upon joining. They also sign and adhere to the ANLP Code of Ethics which states they will practice to a minimum level of standards and abide by the Presuppositions of NLP.
Also, in the unlikely event of a complaint, we do have a robust
Complaints Procedure
in place wherein ANLP offer objective support to both parties to reach an agreeable outcome for all involved.
