Jane Douglas EVP

Jane Douglas is a highly established and truly inspirational trainer, facilitator and coach who quickly builds a lasting rapport with her audience.

An immensely creative individual, Jane brings entertainment, education and personal enlightenment to the classroom.

Working in the field of leadership development Jane has a wealth of experience in the delivery of transformational learning programmes. Her training enables participants to recognise and unleash their own potential and amaze themselves (and their organisations) with the results !

Jane’s absolute passion for creativity and learning underpins everything she does. She is constantly monitoring ongoing research into learning, the brain, leadership practices and cutting edge strategies for personal and organisational change - as well as creating her own ‘live’ research into what works in practice.

Her greatest love is developing others to teach - enabling them to understand how people really learn – so she can spread her knowledge, passion and unique approach to learning that little bit further !

Jane began her career as a manager and leader in industry and then moved on to spend over 18 years working in the field of education. During her time in education she has worked predominantly in FE and HE and has amassed a wealth of experience in assessment and quality assurance practices. She has held several significant roles in these areas.

The most significant have been:

• An Ofsted/Ali inspector for adult education
• An external verifier for City and Guilds
• A member of the Internal inspection team at South Trafford College
• Director of accreditation and validation for Learning to Inspires HE NLP and leadership provision in association with Chester University.
• Center Co-ordinator and Internal verifier for ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management)
• Honorary Lecturer for Chester University

Jane has recently been commissioned to Author a book focusing on the use of Accelerated Learning and neuro-linguistics in the development of leaders and coaches.
