I have a degree in Psychology and spent my early career in line management roles in the service sector before moving into learning and development about 20 years ago.
I started my own business, Brilliant Minds and I've been teaching NLP for about 15 years now, working mostly with senior managers from both public and private sector organisations. I believe I am the only NLP Trainer in the UK to have run an NLP Practitioner programme in-house for a police force and I have extensive experience of working with police officers from a wide variety of roles including specialist areas such as firearms.
At the 2009 National Training Awards, Brilliant Minds won a Welsh Training Award for Partnership and Collaboration with Schaeffler (UK) Ltd on an NLP Practitioner programme for the leadership team that enabled significant improvement in business results.
I also work a lot with Technology professionals and people in scientific roles.
Focusing on Business Leaders, I have recently launched 'Business Class NLP' - a unique 4-day programme specifically for Directors, Senior Managers and Business Owners.
