Roger Terry started his career as a scientist and with his partner Emily Terry Founded Evolution Training, they specialise in the field of human interactions. Before this he was Business Development Director of an Environmental Consultancy within a water utility.
He is a Master Trainer of NLP and has shared his knowledge of using NLP in business contexts with thousands who have trained with him. Roger is also an expert on human value systems and their evolution and impact on individuals, businesses and cultures. He works in the UK, USA, Europe and Middle East. His talent for using Neuro-Linguistic Programming and personal development techniques generates a practical approach to training and coaching for both individuals and teams helping them to perform with excellence.
