Sally Vanson

Sally has a commercial background with large corporates including Hanson PLC, Harvey Nichols and Mazda Cars. In 2002 following several trainings with Robert Dilts, she became a global partner with Dilts Strategy Group, based in San Francisco. In addition to working with Robert Dilts, Sally has been trained by Charles Faulkener, Steve Gilligan, Tad James, David Gordon, Christina Hall, Judy Delozier, Lara Ewing and has designed and gained accreditation for the first Masters degree in NLP in the world. She also directs Professional Coaching programmes accredited by ICF, AoC andd ILM has completed Doctoral research into identity studies at the University of Portsmouth and is a qualified coach supervisor offering both face to face and telephone supervision.

Sally works with organisations and individuals she has developed a proven expertise in the fields of behavioural change and communication at Senior Management/ Director level. Her positive attitude and insight, underpinned by an ability to analyse complicated strategic issues quickly and logically, enable her to work on a one to one basis or facilitate groups to inspire practical solutions for transforming personal and business performance in a variety of contexts.

Sally has availability for individual coaching for those who are committed to personal change and works with teenagers to boost confidence for job related or the university milkround interviews. She is trained in Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling and in the use of most mainstream psychometric tools and combines these to ensure tangible measureable results in her work.

Individual breakthrough sessions include the use of creative techniques such as sandplay, story cubes and circles of archetypes ensuring the holistic involvement of the client in optimising their success.
