Hi, I'm Zain a Conversational Therapist & NLP Life Coach (based in Brighton, East Sussex) interested in listening and helping to resolve YOUR problem.
I could tell you about myself although that's not why you're here... Let's face it - knowing about me doesn't get you anywhere with Your problem!
What you probably really want to know is:
"Can I Help YOU with YOUR problem?"
The answer is "Yes... If you REALLY want to get rid of it!". And if you REALLY do, then I may well be able to help.
Where Do I Work?
While I'm based in Brighton, I can work just as easily by phone or by Skype (ideally, I prefer to work in person). Thankfully, all I really need is to be able to have a conversation with you!
How Do I Work?
Extremely quickly (...or so I'm told). With lots of metaphors and analogies. And with an appropriate amount of humour. Or is that an amount of appropriate humour?
People come to me with a problem and I like them to leave with a smile. After all, you're looking to regain that positive, fun-filled life that you're missing ...aren't you?
(...If you're not, then I may not be the right practitioner for you!)
I could tell you about my skills, although let me ask you something: if your car was broken, would you really want to know what tools the mechanic used and how he did it or are you just interested in the fact that he's fixed your car?
Can I Help You With Your Phobias/Negative Emotions?
No matter how unusual (you think) your problem is, I can tell you now that I probably don't understand it at all. That's right... I said "don't". Why? Because the only person that really understands your problem is YOU!
What I'm good at is understanding PROBLEMS. Not just "problem solving" but actually the structure of a "problem" - how they're created; the processes behind them and how to deal with them effectively (if you're interested, read the section "The Anatomy Of A Problem" on my website).
Basically, from our conversation, what I do is to discover how your problem was constructed... and then I help you to deconstruct it and just let it go!
