Paul Tosey
I am a Senior Lecturer in the School of Management, University of Surrey. I joined Surrey in 1991 and led the development of the MSc Change Agent Skills and Strategies, an advanced training for consultants and facilitators, which I directed for many years.
I was awarded a National Teaching Fellowship by the Higher Education Academy in 2007. I’m a Master Practitioner of NLP (1992), and a Certified Facilitator of Clean Language (2007). Career experience over 30 years includes consultancy, coaching and line management, as well as teaching at the University of Edinburgh and the Open University.
My research interests include management learning; organisational learning; NLP; and Clean Language. My book `NLP: a Critical Appreciation’ (2009, co-author Dr Jane Mathison) is published by Palgrave Macmillan.
I am a founder member of the International NLP Research Conference Steering Committee.
