- Which Training Company issued your qualifications? (You can then check with the Organisation to verify the information from the top three points)
- What experience and expertise do you have that is relevant to my particular ‘problem’?
- Do you have Insurance?
- Do you have any testimonials or recommendations from other clients?
- Can I see them?
- Can I talk to one of them?
- What Organisation(s) do you belong to?
- Do you belong to ANLP?
- Do they have a Code of Ethics that you abide by?
- You can then check with the Organisation to verify this information.
- Where are you based?
- Are you able to offer consultations in other areas?
- How long is a session and how many sessions may I need?
- What happens about cancellations or missed appointments
- How much do you charge?
- Is this per session, per hour?
- Do you offer a free initial consultation (either over the phone or in person)
- Will we have a contract?
