ANLP offers Verified Certification Upgrades to help members showcase their additional qualifications in specialist modalities. These upgrades enhance your professional visibility and credibility within the NLP community and beyond.

What’s the Difference Between Verification and Validation?

  • Verified Certification means ANLP has received evidence that you hold a certificate in the stated modality.
  • Validated Certification means ANLP has confirmed the certificate’s lineage and that it meets the core requirements for ANLP membership.

Evidence Required

To apply for a Verified Certification Upgrade, you must provide a copy of your certificate for each modality.

For Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, additional standards apply:

  • UK-issued certificates must be from a training body that complies with the UK National Occupational Standards (NOS).
  • International certificates must be issued by a training organisation that recognises equivalent standards.

Certificates from video-only or self-paced learning without live interaction or formal assessment are not accepted.

Members may apply for Verified Certification Upgrades in the following modalities:

  • Coach
  • Linear Time Techniques
  • Hypnotherapy
  • mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques)
  • RTM Protocols (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories)
  • Supervisor
  • Psychotherapy

  • A specialist icon displayed on your public ANLP profile
  • Acknowledgement on your ANLP membership certificate
  • Inclusion in a searchable public database for each modality, helping clients and peers find specialists in their area

Current Membership and Verification Upgrade Fees

New members have the opportunity to add these verified certification upgrades when they join ANLP

Existing members can log in to their dashboard and edit their Verified Upgrades to include additional modalities.
